Meaning of the blue Rhinoceros in Fengshui

The Blue Rhinoceros is a Feng Shui remedy for the violent flying Star 7

The Blue Rhinoceros counteracts the Star 7 energy of robbery and loss of money, as well as the violence it promotes. You can also add the blue elephant with 6 tusks and a crystal ball and place all three where the Year Star 7 is.

The Feng Shui Blue Rhinoceros is a powerful protector against office gossip and politics.

If you suffer from sneaky enemies, place this feng shui remedy on a shelf behind your desk so that this defensive agent has your back and is always looking over your shoulder. In addition to a figurine, you can carry a metal keychain version so that you always have it with you as a protective amulet.

The meaning of jewellery in Feng Shui

The Feng Shui of Jewellery

Feng Shui is not just about baguas and front doors. It’s also a great way to personalise your wardrobe. And one of the best personal activators – and protectors – is  jewellery. Whether it’s real gold and silver  jewellery or pretty coloured costume  jewellery, there’s no denying that adding  jewellery feels like completing an outfit once it’s accessorised.

Jewellery is also an excellent way to attract attention and give your personal energy an energetic boost.

When a woman steps out and is fully accessorised, it’s like icing on a sundae. Sure, the sundae is great, but when it’s done and the glittery red ball is sitting on a cloud of whipped cream, there’s no denying the appeal.

And so, wearing  jewellery can also complete your look. Besides making your look feel complete,  jewellery adds important qualities to what you wear and even your feeling and energy levels.

Notice how you feel when you wear certain stones or pieces of  jewellery. Some may make you feel better, some you may not like so much. It’s always helpful to find the stones and types of  jewellery that resonate with you, your birth element, your Kua number, or your zodiac sign.

JEWELLERY TYPES

Rings

Since rings adorn the hands, they place special emphasis on the realm that the hands represent, namely intelligence and thinking. Wearing rings accentuates your thoughts and can help you be more expressive and mentally astute.

When you have important decisions to make, wear rings.

Rings are both remanent and conductive. The metal in a ring is conductive, like electricity flowing through metal wires, and when you have a stone in the ring, it holds emotion and intention.

Just think of an engagement ring. It is a stone that carries the promise of marriage and it holds that thought and intention surrounded by a metal band to translate that intention into action. In addition, the clarity of the diamond can help improve clarity of thought.

Ring Tip: To promote a happy and lasting marriage, wear rings on both your right and left ring fingers. Wear a ring on your index finger for authority.

Bracelet

Bracelets, like rings, activate the hands and this is the part of the body related to decision making. Wearing bracelets can help encourage thought and decision-making. To highlight your spirit and skills, wear a pair of cuff bracelets like “Wonder Woman.”

Look for wristbands to improve reception. Hands are always where you receive items, whether it’s a gift or the change from the register when you buy an item. Remember to wear beautiful bracelets to get more money, good news and make auspicious decisions.

Earrings

As earrings are worn on the ear, symbolising career, income and business, they become a symbol of opportunity. Adorning your ears with earrings is a great way to focus on opening new business and career paths and influencing your income. Pearls and everything from simple gold or silver bangles to beautiful, sparkling diamonds are great for helping you gain financial and business advantage, socialise and advance in your career.

Necklaces

Wearing a necklace draws attention to your neck, face and head. This is the part of you that gets recognition. A beautiful necklace around your neck emphasises what you consider important and noteworthy.

A beautiful necklace is like a beautiful frame around a painting, drawing attention to what is in the frame while complementing it. If you find yourself lacking in recognition and attention, wear a beautiful necklace to attract positive attention and approval.

Protective

Just as we can use Feng Shui to protect our homes, we can also use Feng Shui to protect ourselves personally. Wearing real stones and real gold and silver can have the added benefit of amplifying and attracting beneficial energy and can protect us from negativity.

For example, if your home or the corner of your bedroom is in a disease direction or is under the influence of disease energies (Black 2 and 5 Yellow) for a year, wearing real gold or silver will help protect you. If your zodiac sign, bedroom, or home has positive energies, wearing real gold and silver can help you as well and give you an extra boost of energy.

Auspicious symbols

Look for  jewellery with auspicious symbols that you like. These can be the infinity look, the mystical knot, the dragon, the peacock, Chinese coins and eggs to name a few. There are so many designs and
options to choose from. Always look for symbols that speak to you personally.

When designing  jewellery for Home Shopping Network (HSN), I wanted to create  jewellery that uses Feng Shui symbols in a fresh and fashionable way.

Feng Shui Birth Element Water

People with water elements are naturally fluid and transformative. They are deep thinkers who love reflection and meditation. They enjoy the time they spend alone because they are happy in their solitude. Sensitive and creative are two words that describe water element people. They have a depth that makes them difficult to shake.

One of their most important personality traits is worry and fear. Water element people can often withdraw from life and social environment, so there is a risk of depressive tendencies. Fear is an emotion that can keep them from moving forward and being afraid of the future, which keeps them from truly experiencing the present or making progress.

Their ability to change depending on their surroundings can often make them appear as if they have multiple personalities. But it is this adaptability that allows them to handle a wide range of situations and maintain diplomacy. Once fear is behind them, they can be formidable, powerful, and achieve great success.

People with wooden elements are innovative, creative and love to put big plans into action. You are brimming with enthusiasm and are great project managers. Another way to describe them is a Type A personality who is motivated, growth oriented, assertive and sometimes confrontational. Wood element people have a lot of energy and therefore need an outlet through creativity and physical exercise to release pent-up energy.

When wooden people are oppressed, their dynamic can feel angry and overbearing instead of expansive. When this tendency is strong without an outlet, the Wood element person can channel their anger inward, causing depression and worry. This can lead to problems such as excessive alcohol consumption, blood pressure, liver and gallstone problems.

One of their most important personality traits is growth, seeing the big picture and goal orientation.

As relentless as grass growing on a concrete sidewalk, any job that needs someone to see it through to completion, you should look to a timber contractor. Their environment needs to support and nurture their energy and find a way to keep them balanced so they can excel and use their growth energy to accomplish great things.

It is exciting to be with people of the fire element. You have a natural creative and expressive flair and a real talent for acting, speaking and creating. When they are around they are the life of the party and are affectionate and loving people.

One of their most important personality traits is their self-confidence. Even if they don’t always know exactly what they’re doing, they ask themselves, “Why not?” The kind of attitude that can get them far. They must work on focusing their attention to see projects through to completion. Health problems can lead to eye problems, heart problems and blood pressure problems. Turned on its head, their enthusiasm can incite fear.

A generally happy person, the Fire Element personality can also know the depths of despair at times and develop a tendency to be overly dramatic and negatively fixated. A good example is the role of the actor with the happy mask and the sad mask. The firefighter can sometimes move too quickly between them. Overall, the Firefighter is upbeat, vivacious, and seeks that silver lining in life. Their fun-loving attitude and optimism will bring them well-directed achievements and the recognition they deserve.

Earth element people are those who place others above themselves. They care about others and are trusting and caring people who will help you when you need them. The time we spend with friends and family means the most to the people of Earth. Polite and discreet, their love of good manners and simple politeness endears them.

One of their most important personality traits is their need for security in relationships, money and housing. They are practical, productive and self-sufficient. They will take your shirt off as they love to take care of others. On the other hand, the earth element can sometimes cause them to become martyrs and others to take advantage of them.

Earth elemental people can also be as unshakable as a mountain and possess an unrelenting stubbornness. In this regard, they can experience an unshakable faith and keep at the whetstone even when others have given up. People on Earth care too much about what others think of them. Their health can be affected by overeating, digestive problems, and being overweight, as they often don’t take care of themselves like others. When committed and practicing self-care and love, the earth element human can be a steadfast leader who can bring people together who will become their bridge to success.

Metal Elemental people are methodical, detail-oriented, and picky (in a good way!). They are very structured and just like things that way. This is the personality who keeps cool under pressure and has an even temperament that manages to stay above the fray and is not prone to fits of drama. Their ability to stay focused is well known and they are just the right people for any job that requires follow-up work.

There can be a biased quality in the Metal personality that can sometimes take an inward direction. The need to follow rules and keep order can sometimes challenge the Metal element’s personality. If this is the case, it can lead to depression and feelings of despair in the person with the metal element.

People with metal elements are excellent scientists, doctors and accountants. In healthcare, concerns can focus on the lungs, such as COPD and asthma, infection issues, and digestive issues, such as irritable bowel syndrome or Crohn’s disease. In any profession in which a demanding personality is required, the person with the metal element can distinguish themselves. It is their spirit, when focused and free from judgment, that can propel them to their highest abilities and be the source of their greatest achievements.

Creating Feng Shui in Living Room

Creating Good Feng Shui in the Living Room

Creating a balanced and positively energetic home is the essence of living with good Feng Shui. The living room in particular is extremely important as this is where the family gathers, where there is a lot of entertainment and therefore it is a room where there is constant activity. For a household to enjoy good Feng Shui, this part of the home must be welcoming to all who enter and filled with good chi.

Here are some simple steps to instantly improve your living room Feng Shui.

Clean up and keep things tidy

Remove all clutter and give the living room a thorough spring cleaning. Clutter leads to stagnant energy, holding back negative chi and blocking the flow of good chi. By removing old, damaged or unwanted items, you allow new energies to enter the space. Clear tabletops and wipe down figurines, photo frames and any memorabilia you want to keep and throw away those you don’t want to keep. Open your curtains, windows, and doors at least once a day to let in fresh air and sunlight.

CLEARANCE

Burn some incense and clean the living room of stale chi with bells or singing bowls. This is especially helpful if there has been a recent dispute in this area.

BALANCE OF THE 5 ELEMENTS

The five elements – earth, metal, water, wood and fire – represent the cycles of nature that determine our health and well-being. When the elements are in balance, happiness and happiness can manifest for everyone in the home. When out of balance, they cause emotional turmoil and conflict between residents. Make sure you have all 5 items in your living room. You can use the elements themselves or use shapes and colours that represent the 5 elements.

The colours of the earth are earthy brown, yellow and beige. The shapes representing the earth are squares. Natural crystals are wonderful enhancers of earth chi.

The metal colours are white, purple, grey and metallic. The shapes that represent metal are spheres and circles. To reinforce the metal element, furniture and decorative items made of brass, copper or other metals can be used.

The water colours are black and all shades of blue. The shapes representing water are curvy and wavy. Water features such as aquariums and water bowls can be used to emphasise the element of water.

The wood colours are exclusively shades of green. The shapes that represent wood are rectangles and columns. Indoor plants are great for strengthening Wood Chi.

Fire colours are red, maroon and orange. The shape that represents fire is the triangle. Lights, lamps and candles are wonderful enhancers of the fire element.

GET THE CORRECT SITTING POSITIONS

The seating direction of each family member when they meet in the living room is also important. If possible, everyone should look in one of their lucky directions. This will help ensure family harmony within the home. You can use our KUA calculator to look up your lucky and unlucky directions.

Arrange your sectional sofa, chairs, and TV so family members can face one of their four happy directions. There should be a comfortable seat for each member of the household. Also, have extra seating available for guests because we want everyone to feel welcome and welcomed. Ideally, the seats should face each other to invite conversation and interaction. Eliminate clutter or obstacles that might prevent you from walking comfortably around the seats and avoid people sitting with their backs to the door.

Do’s and taboos for the living room

Create a collection of meaningful items, e.g. B. Memorabilia from family trips and family photos. Make sure your choice conveys happy energies. When you see these articles, they should bring a smile to your face.

DO NOT display paintings or photos of wild animals such as tigers in the living room. Weapons such as firearms and swords should also be avoided.

While living plants bring life-giving chi, not all plants are equally fortunate. Avoid plants with thorns or sharp leaves like cacti or anything that looks menacing.

A laughing Buddha in the living room is a great addition to increase the energies of happiness and togetherness.

Fire and Feng Shui – 9 Ways

Fire and Feng Shui – 9 Ways to use the element of Joy Happiness and Success

Two elements play a central role in Feng Shui: fire and water. The importance of water has been covered at length, but the element of fire is often overlooked when it should not be. Fire is an essential element. It keeps us warm and cooks our food.

As we all know, fire can also cause serious damage, such as: B. a house burning down or a raging wildfire.

But fire brings many benefits, especially in Feng Shui and Asian thinking. The color of fire is red and the color red activates, effectively turning on the power wherever it is used or placed. Proper use can bring material rewards, recognition, fame, joy and happiness. What’s not to love about fire?

9 Feng Shui Ways to Use the Fire Element for Success and Luck

1. Come on, get happy.

Water is the element of wealth but its negative side is that water represents fear. Fire is the element of luck, pure and simple, and red is the color of fire. When you are feeling down, use red colours to lift your spirits. Just think of all the red lanterns and red envelopes that the Chinese use for New Year and the festive look they have.

Red is an activator, so if you’re feeling stuck, stagnant or worrying too much, bring some red color into your home. Use red decorations for all happy occasions – or just when you want to feel happy.

2. Let your love life run at full speed.

Whether you’re single or in a relationship, fire can revitalise your relationship when it has cooled, or heat up a new one. Activate the southwest love sector with beautiful crystals and bright lights. Keep this area brightly lit if you are looking for love.

A chandelier is one of the best ways to activate your southwest corner. Add a red shaded candle or lamp in the bedroom to illuminate your love happiness. Activating this corner also helps to deepen love relationships. Singles should often wear red.

3. Activate your fame and recognition luck.

The southern corner is the corner of social happiness, which includes fame and recognition. Give that corner a boost with lighting in that location unless the 5 Yellow is visiting, so heed the flame and lighting warnings in the corner when the 5 Yellow is there.

One of the best ways to spice up your luck of fame is with garden lighting. Lighting that comes out of the ground and is aimed at the house is particularly powerful. Let a bright light shine in the living room here.

To greatly increase your fame and recognition, create a candle garden with nine red votive candles and place them in the south corner of your living room. Light them up once a day and be careful not to leave them unattended.

They don’t have to burn for long, but burn them once a day. This is a good ritual for the new moon. Don’t forget to increase Glory Luck by wearing red often.

4. Burn money and health problems with fire.

If you have a bathroom or toilet that affects your health (east) and wealth luck (north, south-east), just put some red items in the bathroom, e.g. B. a red candle. The fire energy will help ease the pressure of the bathroom on your health and prosperity happiness. Carry a red handbag and wallet to bolster your finances.

5. Revitalise your home and rekindle the lucky chi.

If you ever feel like your home is lifeless and stagnant, put the jumper wires on it by adding lots of lighting. Still, dead energy will only get worse over time. Lighting is one of the easiest ways to kickstart your home.

Provide light in every room for at least three hours a day to reactivate your home. This is a great way to push the chi of your home, especially when you’re looking to do something new or just need to break through that stuck feeling.

6. Red fire energy burns through anger.

When you are angry or dealing with angry people, wear red. Anger is symbolized by wood and the red color will help you elope with angry or difficult people.

If there is anger and harsh words in the house, check where the 3 jade star of anger is and add red there. In 2021 it is in the southwest, and in 2022 it is moving east and in 2023 it is southeast.

7. Fire slightly corrects problem areas.

Fire and Lighting are excellent tools to counter poison darts or missing corners. A light pole reflecting back into the corner of the neighbouring house or another sharp object like a tree or pole will help dissipate the poison darts’ energy.

If you have a missing corner, anchor a light post where the corner would be completed. This is a symbolic representation of the missing sector.

8. Stimulate your thinking with red.

Everyone feels a little boring from time to time. Get your head in the game with red colours, lighting or candles in the northeast corner, the corner of thinking and making clear decisions.

You can do this by lighting a candle here, adding some incense sticks or bright lights or red items. This is also a great corner to activate if you are a writer, a student or have children who are still at school and will help all those intellectual pursuits.

9. Use the power of 9 to envision your life differently.

The number related to fire and red colours is the number 9. If you need to change something, move nine images in your home.

The eye is the part of the body related to the fire element and the number 9. Sometimes we need to “see” things differently and by moving nine pictures or pictures on the wall it forces you to see things in new ways.

The Rabbit Year & Feng Shui – Part 2

The Year of the Rabbit 2023 Part2 – Good Fortune Energies

The Year of the Rabbit is coming and with a gentleness that only a rabbit can bring. It will offer us a sweet exhale like you do when you settle into your favourite chair after a long day.

The hare is associated with the moon as you can often see the outline of a hare on a full moon.

The Tiger, preceding the Rabbit, is the sign of the month of February and the Rabbit is the sign associated with the month of March and the zodiac sign Pisces.

Rabbits are particularly calm and pleasant and have a laid-back nature.

However, a rabbit is always quick-witted, using its own strength to get out of difficult situations or to plan cleverly without revealing its secrets (which it keeps so well).

With this year’s 4 star and peach blossom animal combining in a beautiful and loving energy, why not turn your attention to your home?

This is the perfect time to get rid of everything you don’t necessarily love in your home and fill it with absolutely everything you do.

Do you have a green thumb?

Even if you don’t, adding to your landscaping and removing these old, overgrown shrubs will bring new life and energy into your home. All energy starts from the outside and goes in, making landscaping one of the best ways to improve the energy of your home, improve your health, and create more growth in your life.

In the year of the rabbit, the signs of the zodiac sheep and wild boar, the rabbit’s zodiac friends benefit from the connection to the rabbit.

However, the Rooster is the sign opposed to the Grand Duke Jupiter, so if you’re a Rooster, it’s a good idea not to rock the boat with authority figures. You’ll also want to wear a Pi Yao, or dragon, to appease Grand Duke Jupiter.

NOW LET’S TALK ABOUT THE MOST USEFUL ENERGIES OF THE YEAR….

Read each of the energies to determine how they might affect you and your family. Pay close attention to the energies that are at your front door, bedroom or home office.

THE STAR OF PROSPERITY AND PROSPERITY 8 FLYES TO THE SOUTHERN SECTOR OF RECOGNITION, STATUS AND SUCCESS

Everyone always strives to activate this star because it is the star of wealth. The 8 Wealth Star brings opportunities for financial gain and good fortune, making this corner of your home the happiest.

This star is ruled by the planet Saturn and its benevolent qualities, and it is also ruled by the sun.

The planet Saturn is called the supervisor or teacher planet, but it is also a planet of reward. Whenever you’ve worked hard at something, Saturn rewards you.

The sun bestows power and position, prestige and recognition. These qualities of both the Sun and Saturn represent the rewards that the 8 Star brings.

The 8 stars will benefit the Horse zodiac sign the most in the year of the Rabbit with new opportunities and income.

Wherever the 8 stars fly is the best location for a front door, so those with a south facing home or bedroom will experience some wonderful energies and increased prosperity in 2023.

THE 9 PURPLE MAGNIFICATION STAR FLIES TO THE NORTH CORNER OF OPPORTUNITIES, INCOME AND TRANSFORMATION

Representing future prosperity, the 9 Purple Star flies north this year where it will bring success on the job through connections, a solid reputation and your ability to nurture yourself.

The 9-Star is ruled by Mercury and the Moon.

In the Year of the Rabbit, the world of the Rat zodiac sign will expand in some ways. There will be growth and expansion in their lives as the 9 Star is magnified and multiplied.

The 9 is the evolving energy of a new time period that will arrive next year in 2024, so its energy is getting stronger, happier and happier as we move towards this year.

Coming from the social sector of the South, this year those with a north-facing home or bedroom will have an active social calendar and will be presented with opportunities that put them ahead of others that will bring them prestige and praise.

If your doorstep is here, you might find that the opportunities you take advantage of this year will lead to greater financial gains in the future.

The opportunity to socialise and chat will be more pronounced this year as well.

ACTIVATE AND ACCENTRATE THE LUCKY STARS

If you are lucky enough to have one of these stars in your front door, bedroom, study or living room, you will benefit most from their energy. Be sure to spend time in the areas where the energies are most beneficial.

All the details on activating the lucky stars and alleviating the ailments are outlined in my annual Feng Shui prognosis. Give your family a head start in the new year by letting the energies in your home work for you!
